Politique de remboursement
Due to the nature of PPE products, LonX cannot offer returns. The product may be exchanged if unopened at the expense of the customer on a case by case basis. We exchange all products for clear manufacturing defects or shipping damage if the issues are reported within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a request, you can contact us at info@lonx.ca, or submit the request through login your account with one-time code access link. Please send pictures showing damage/defect if those are the reasons for the return. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Each return/exchange request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of order. Shipping costs associated with returns of approved items will be the responsibility of the customer. Any refunds will not include shipping charges.
Our customer service team will happily review and send you a replacement(s).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
